The wise old man and the silly tsar

It is a lot of years ago veins, speak, in one city the young tsar. He very much did not love old men therefore has given the order to interrupt in the kingdom of all old people. Only one guy has managed, speak, to rescue the father, having hidden it in a vault.

There has passed any time, and the tsar of a neighbouring country has gone on it war. The young tsar began to type an army. Have called also that guy who hid in a vault of the father. Before departure the son has come to say goodbye. The old man has told, addressing it in road:
- The sonny, you will leave from here very far. And to you there it will be very heavy: you completely will get tired, will start to starve, will kill and will eat all horses. Even a horse of the military leader will not leave in the live. Therefore, you want or do not want, will be compelled to return back. Soldiers will abandon all things and equipment. To you it will be very heavy, but nevertheless you do not throw a saddle and a bridle, bear with itself. To you there will be a white horse of indescribable beauty. To who does not have either a saddle, or bridle, it will not come nearer at all, and before you will stop and will incline a head, You throw that horse with a bridle, saddle and bring to the leader of an army. After that you will become its closest friend. All right, now go and good-bye, the sonny!
All has occurred how the old man predicted. In a campaign have ended at an army provisions and consequently soldiers have started to cut the horses, have turned back. Have thus abandoned all - both saddles, and bridles. And only the guy, recollecting words of the father, did not throw a saddle and a bridle.
So there were they home. Suddenly, frolicing, the white horse of indescribable beauty has jumped out on their road. All have rushed to catch it, but that was imperceptible, quickly escaped from trying it to detain. After a while the horse has approached to the guy with a saddle and a bridle and has inclined a head. The guy has thrown with a bridle his head, has assigned a saddle to a back and has brought to the leader of an army. Since then it became its closest friend.
Once the tsar has decided to go with the army to the sea and there to take a fun. Standing on high coast, the tsar has seen at the bottom sea any marvellously shone subject. It has enjoined accompanying to wash that subject from the sea ashore. Many have directed on his order on a sea bottom, but anybody from them has not come up back. The turn of the guy came nearer. He has jumped on the horse and has rushed off home to consult to the father. The guy in a vault where there was his father has quickly gone down, and has told to it about happened on seacoast. The old man also speaks to it:
- The sonny, on the bank of that sea grows an old tree, on its top - the bird's nest, and in that nest there is a diamond: it also is reflected in a bottom of the sea. And from coast reflexion accept for a jewel. When your turn will come to jump in the sea, you address to the tsar with such words: «About, my tsar! My turn has come to jump in the sea, and I hardly will come up back. Permit at last to get on this tree and to look towards my native land!» He to you will allow it to make. You take from a nest that marvellous diamond, and further, my son, you should solve itself how to arrive.
- Well, the father, I will know, that to me to do, - the son has told and has gone on seacoast. And there its turn in water has just come to jump. He has addressed to the tsar:
- My tsar! It is visible, and I should be lost at the bottom of the sea. Allow to get to me on a top of this tree and last time to look
The tsar has given it the permission. The guy on a tree has got, took from a nest diamond and has gone down downwards. After that he has told to the tsar:
- About, the Tsar, look at a sea-bottom. If you see there all the same sparkling subject, I am ready to jump.
The tsar looks - is not present at the bottom of anything shining. He but so anything there and has not found out long peered.
- Why there now shines nothing? - The tsar asks.
- Therefore something, that shone, here it, in my hand. I have removed it from a tree, - the guy has answered and has shown magnificent diamond. And it has told secret of a subject sparkling at the bottom of the sea.
- How you have managed to guess? - The tsar asks. - during a campaign has presented to my commander of an excellent horse, now you give me such wonderful stone.
- About, my tsar! - the guy answers. - and to tell to you it is terrible, and not to tell it is impossible. Well, I admit, that it would be not necessary to me... When you have enjoined to kill all old men in the country, I have hidden the father in a vault. Since then I do all by its councils. About, the tsar if ordered not to kill and to keep old men, they could give so much invaluable councils!
The young tsar has reflected, and then ordered to deduce the father of the guy from its vault, to lead it to itself and has done its the big honour. Since then he has ordered to concern old people with great respect.
